Transform Your Workplace with Men-Only Suicide Prevention Courses

TOUGH TRAINING workshops are a catalyst for change. By focusing specifically on male environments, we address the urgent need for open discussions about mental health among men. Our sessions are developed through international partnerships with educational centers of excellence in mental health promotion and suicide prevention, ensuring that every course is grounded in the latest research and best practices.

In male-dominated sectors, starting conversations about mental health can be a challenge. TOUGH TRAINING offers men-only suicide first aid and intervention workshops designed specifically for environments where men are the predominant demographic. Our workshops provide powerful, relatable tools that enable men to support their peers effectively.

TOUGH TRAINING focuses on fostering mental health conversations in sports teams, workplaces, and other male-dominated settings. Our workshops are tailored to break down barriers, ensuring participants can communicate about mental health issues in a way that resonates with their unique experiences. At TOUGH TO TALK, we recognize that not every organization or community has the resources to afford crucial suicide first-aid training. That's why, in partnership with NCPET and the City and Guilds, we're proud to offer bursaries that subsidize this essential training for male-dominated environments. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and fundraisers, we can provide a limited number of male-only suicide first aid courses at a reduced cost or no cost to eligible organizations.

I was apprehensive heading into the session given the topic, however Steve immediately put the room at ease with his approach. By the end of the session I had a good awareness of the problem facing men and a toolkit to spot warning signs that may appear in colleagues or friends.
