Kule T – Mental Health Advocate & Former MN8 Star
Kule T first found fame as a member of the iconic 90s R&B group MN8, whose smash hits like “I’ve Got a Little Something for You” made waves across the music scene. Sharing stages with legends including Janet Jackson and Take That, Kule T built a reputation as a dynamic performer and talented artist.

However, beyond the success and the spotlight, Kule T’s personal story took a different turn after stepping away from his music career. Like many, he faced his own mental health challenges—an often-isolating struggle that deeply shaped his perspective. Rather than allowing those challenges to define him, Kule T has embraced them as a source of purpose and empowerment to help others.

Today, Kule T uses his platform to advocate for men’s mental health, with a particular focus on tackling the stigma that prevents so many men from seeking support. His authenticity and courage in sharing his own lived experiences have inspired countless others to speak up and take the first step toward healing.

Kule T’s partnership with Tough To Talk is especially impactful for BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) communities, who often face unique barriers in accessing mental health resources. Through his work, Kule T is helping to create culturally sensitive outreach and open the door for conversations that can save lives.

Beyond his advocacy, Kule T continues to explore his artistic passions, most recently with the release of his solo single “Now We’re All Alone,” which he has generously pledged to support Tough To Talk’s mission. His creativity and commitment to change are pivotal in raising awareness and driving meaningful action.

Kule T’s journey from music icon to mental health champion is a testament to the strength of vulnerability and the power of connection. At Tough To Talk, we are proud to stand alongside him as we work to break the silence, reduce male suicide, and ensure every man knows they are never alone.
