JOHN GALLIFANT

I am a father of two beautiful and energetic boys and a proud Yorkshire bloke whose foundations were grounded in my time in professional, and semi professional, sport throughout my early years.

I have been lucky enough to have a varied career in the leisure, retail and hospitality sectors - all of which have enabled me to experience a wealth of culture, approaches and view points throughout my professional growth. I am passionate about ensuring that people are at the heart of everything I do and regardless of the business I work for I am focused on ensuring the team comes first.

Why TOUGH TO TALK?

Through my time in sport, business and just being a bloke I have experienced stigma, and barriers, that have stood in the way of valuable and much needed support.

It is hard to reach out, to ask for help, or even just talk about things that are uncomfortable. I feel privileged to be part of the Tough to Talk team.

I hope that through our passion, focus and actions we are able to instigate change for the better - I believe that together we can make it easier to talk and build a future where men are able to find help and remove barriers that currently stand in the way
